Damage deposit

Yes. Anyone who makes a reservation according to the regulations is obliged to pay a damage deposit.

The refund of the damage deposit depends on the condition of the apartment on the day of check-out.
– If the apartment does not have any damage, the damage deposit will be returned.
– If the apartment is damaged, the caretaker will contact the owner of the rented property to determine the cost of repair, and this amount will be deducted against the damage.

A damage deposit is payable upon check-in. The fee is collected by the person registering guests at the property.

No. Each property has its own individual amount, which is determined by the owner of the property.

Finally Cleaning

No. The final cleaning fee is a mandatory fee. Final cleaning includes thorough cleaning of the property, disinfection, washing and ironing of bed linen and towels in a dry cleaner – activities that guests are unable to do.

No. The cleaning fee is the fee that you clean the property after you check out in order to prepare it for your next booking.

No. The condition for receiving the keys to the rented property is the regulation of obligatory fees.

No. The price is set by the owner and is not negotiable.


Yes. To purchase a voucher, please contact Dream Holiday 4 You.

There are two options:
First: you can choose a property and purchase a voucher with an indication.
Second: you can buy a voucher for a given amount and the person who receives the voucher as a gift will decide which property to choose.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Booking Process

Use the booking form on the website specifying the specific rental offer. In case of problems, please contact Dream Holiday 4 You.

Everyone who makes a reservation will receive two documents:
– The first – is a reservation form.
– The second – is a lease contract. The rental contract will be issued after the payment of the reservation fee.

Each person who makes a reservation must be of legal age. On the check-in day, each client is required to present an identity document. If the main booking person or all guests are underage, the company can’t accept the booking.

Payment Information

The booking fee is 30% of the rental amount.

Up to 65 days before the start of the holiday. The 65 days are counted from the vacation date and does not include the check-in date.

No. Each offer has a specified payment method and there is no other option than specified in the description.

Yes and no. Everything depends on the property owner. To obtain approval for payment in installments, please contact Dream Holiday 4 You. The decisive person is the owner.


The refund depends on the date of cancellation, but our guests never lose money, because if the cancellation is late, the customer can change the date or receive a voucher for the amount paid. See: “Regulations”

In writing. The customer must write a resignation email.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue of the voucher.

If the voucher is issued because the customer has lost the cashback entitlement, the customer is not entitled to a refund.


No. Only self-catering.

Yes. Before arrival, the customer must send a shopping list. Purchases will be made and delivered to the property prior to guests’ arrival.
Important: We do not buy alcohol, cigarettes and other stimulants.

Yes. Dream Holiday 4 You cooperates with companies that provide transport services to and from the airport. (Extra cost). The cost of transport is covered by the customer.
